Super satellites running for Irish Open 2010
January 4, 2010
Regular readers will remember that at the end of last year Paddy Poker announced that they would be sponsoring the Irish Open 2010.
Today comes the announcement that Paddy Poker are launching a number of satellites which cost just $10 to enter and guarantee at least one ticket to the Irish Open 2010 with possibly more to follow depending on the number of players who get involved in the promotion.
What’s more, any player who wins an Irish Open ticket in one of these satellites will also be eligible for the Sole Survivor promotion which will pay out €100,000 to the Paddy Poker player who survives the longest in the main event.
The $10 satellites will run on the following dates:
- January 11th – 8.00pm
- January 18th – 8.00pm
- January 25th – 8.00pm
- February 1st – 8.00pm
“It’s great to be able to introduce yet another route for players to win their way to the most anticipated Irish Open ever”, a Paddy Power spokesman said last night. “The $10 Rebuy tournaments are our most affordable super satellites yet and I’m sure our players will fall over themselves in their rush to register.”
The Irish Open will take place in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin from Friday 2nd April – Monday 5th April 2010.
Players who don’t currently have an account with Paddy Poker can take advantage of a 150% match bonus worth up to $600 when they make their first deposit using the bonus code BEST600.
