Golden Hands

The promotion will start as soon Sun Poker serve their 1,990,000,000th hand at which point every 500,000th hand will be labelled a “Golden Hand.” The winner of each of these Golden Hands will be awarded four different prizes:

  • The winner of the Golden Hand will receive the value of the pot, as is normal when a player has just won a hand of poker
  • The winner will also receive an instant cash prize worth between $50 and $1,000 depending on the stakes of the table
  • The same amount of cash will then be split amongst all those players who were active in the Golden Hand including the winner himself
  • Finally, the winner will also receive free entry into the Monthly Million Guaranteed Tournament to be held on January 10th 2010. The entry has a value of $535.

Platinum Hands

Every 2,500,000th hand will be marked as a Platinum Hand. Winners of a Platinum Hand will receive the following:

  • The value of the pot for winning the hand
  • A cash prize worth between $100 and $2,000 depending on the size of the table stakes
  • A second cash prize of the same value will be shared out between all players who were active in the Platinum Hand including the winner
  • As a fourth prize, the winner will also receive free entry into the Monthly Million Guaranteed Tournament on January 10th 2010 worth $535.

Two Billionth Hand Jackpot

Despite all the cash which will be given away in the Golden and Platinum Hands, the big prizes are reserved for the lucky player who wins the Two Billionth Hand that Sun Poker serve.

He.she will receive:

  • $60,000 in cash
  • Entry to the WSOP 2010 Main Event (worth $13,000)
  • Entry to the Irish Open 2010 (worth over $7,000)

On top of all that, the winner will also benefit from:
